As smooth as silk with a rich berry zing! So delicious it might as well have been sent from Cupid himself
50ml Twin Fin Coconut & Lychee Rum
1 Fresh St Ewe Egg White
5 Fresh Raspberries
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
25ml Dry Vermouth
Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker with the lemon juice.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake for 20 seconds, discard the ice and then shake again for another 10 seconds.
Double Strain into a chilled coup glass.
Garnish with 3 fresh Raspberries and a sprig of Mint!
