- 50ml Twin Fin Coconut and Lychee Rum
- 2 TSP sugar
- 50ml coconut water
- 50ml pineapple juice
- Slice of pineapple
Muddle rum, sugar, a slice of pineapple in a cocktail shaker, add 50ml of coconut water and 50ml of pineapple juice, add plenty of ice and shake. Strain over ice in a tall glass and garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
