The Dalgona

Difficulty Rating:

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 40ml Twin Fin Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
  • 30ml Double Cream*
  • 30ml Milk*
  • 1 tsp Honey*
  • 1 heaped tsp Instant Coffee
  • 1 tsp warm water
  • 2 drops of 20% saline solution


Fill your rocks glass with large ice cubes. Add 25ml Twin Fin Coffee Liqueur, the 50ml of Vodka and saline and stir. Slowly pour a pre mix of your 'Half & Half' of milk & cream over the ice. Stir until combined or leave layered. Spoon or pipe over your Dalgona coffee foam**

*For a vegan alternative - replace double cream & milk with 45-60ml unsweetened barista oat milk. Replace Honey with Maple Syrup.

**Dalgona Coffee Foam Method:
In a mixing bowl add the instant coffee, honey, 15ml Twin Fin Rum Liqueur and water. Whisk hard for 2-3 minutes until you have a stiff foam. It is easier and works better to make a bigger batch but this is a guide for 1 serve only.
