Barrel on the rocks

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Twin Fin Barrel Aged Rum
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Sugar cube

Instructions:

In a rocks glass, add the sugar cube, a few dashes of bitters then crush the cube with a muddler. Add the rum and ice to the top then stir until the sugar is dissolved. Garnish with a slice of orange.
