Kernow Colada

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Twin Fin Pineapple and Grapefruit Rum
  • A handful of frozen fresh pineapple chunks
  • 50ml Cream of Coconut (or the solids from a tin of Coconut Milk, drain off and discard (drink) the water)
  • 25ml lime juice
  • Pineapple Wedge {for garnish}

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, if no blender is available, add all ingredients to a shaker with fresh ice and 50ml pineapple juice (instead of the frozen pineapple) and shake until deeply chilled.
